We are a class based studio and our hours are only during published classes or during privaate events. To inquire about available dates use the form below!
Private Events:
To host a private event we require a $50 non-refundable booking fee to reserve your date on our calendar. You will then pick 5 projects from our catalog to offer your group and a checkout link will be made for people to pay individually. All sign ups must be completed one week before your event.
For weekday Monday-Thursday private events we require a 5 person minimum for a 2.5 hour time slot.
For weekend Friday-Saturday private events we require a 10 person minimum for a 3 hour time slot.
*Should you not meet the minimum required one week before your event, an additional fee may be charged to cover the difference.
*Should you want more time or you go over your time slot it is an additional $50 per hour for rental of the space.
Light food and drink are welcome during a private event. Paper plates, utensils, napkins, etc. are not provided by G&S.
If you want to decorate tables with table covers we have (6) 6ft roud tables and (2) 8ft rectangle tables.
KIDS BIRTHDAY PACKAGE:
The kids birthday party package is $295 and includes UP TO 10 kid painters and 2.5 use of the facility. You are welcome to bring in food and cake. We do not provide paper products or utensils. We require payment in full to book your date!
We can usaully accommodate most themes! All kids will paint the same project.

Due to the nature of booking dates these events are non-refundable. Should something come up and we need to reschedule you can do so within a 3 month time frame.
Maximum studio capacity for any event is 40 people. We cannot allow any exceptions for this.
